I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Living Marine Resources Management Amendment Act 2015 fix 1 July 2016 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.13 June 2016
