Proclamation under the Litter Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Litter Act 2007 fix –

(a) 26 December 2007 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than Division 6 of Part 3 , commence; and (b) 17 January 2008 as the day on which Division 6 of Part 3 of that Act commences.
