I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Liquor Licensing Amendment (Liquor and Gaming Administrative Restructuring) Act 2015 fix 12 August 2015 as the day on which that Act commences. 21 July 2015
