Proclamation under the Legal Profession (Miscellaneous and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Legal Profession (Miscellaneous and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007 fix 31 December 2008 as the day on which sections 5 and 6 of, and Schedule 1 to, that Act commence.24 November 2008
