Proclamation under the Legal Profession Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 661(1) of the Legal Profession Act 2007 fix 31 December 2008 as the day from which the provisions of the Legal Profession Act 1993 , as in force immediately before that day, are repealed.24 November 2008
