I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 fix 9 April 2008 as the day on which section 657 and section 661(1) of that Act commence. 17 March 2008
