Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Streamlining of Process) Act 2014

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Streamlining of Process) Act 2014 fix 1 January 2015 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.16 December 2014
