Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (State and Regional Strategies) Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (State and Regional Strategies) Act 2009 , fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 30 November 2009
