I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment (Major Projects) Act 2020 fix 28 October 2020 as the day on which that Act commences.20 October 2020
