I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2022 fix 17 May 2023 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.8 May 2023
