Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013 fix 1 February 2015 as the day on which the heading to Part 3, and sections 10, 22, 28(d), 29(b) and (c), 30, 31, 32 and 33, of that Act commence.27 January 2015
