Proclamation under the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Amendment Act 2013 fix 3 July 2014 as the day on which sections 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 24, 28(a) and (b) and 29(a) of that Act commence.1 July 2014
