I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Land (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2021 fix 1 January 2022 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 13 December 2021
