I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Justice Miscellaneous (Court Backlog and Related Matters) Act 2020 fix 1 July 2021 as the day on which that Act commences. 21 June 2021
