Proclamation under the Justice (Delegated Legislation) Act 2003

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Justice (Delegated Legislation) Act 2003 fix 1 July 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 2 June 2003
