I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Justice and Related Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2012 fix 1 December 2012 as the day on which Part 21 of that Act commences. 19 November 2012
