I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Justice and Related Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2009 fix 1 January 2011 as the day on which Part 10 of that Act commences. 17 December 2010
