Proclamation under the Justice and Related Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Justice and Related Legislation (Further Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 fix 1 July 2007 as the day on which Part 13 of that Act commences.25 June 2007
