Proclamation under the Housing Indemnity Amendment Act 2008

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Housing Indemnity Amendment Act 2008 fix 1 July 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.30 June 2008
