Proclamation under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 fix 10 February 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 16(c) , 31 , 38 and 48 , commence.3 February 2014
