Proclamation under the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Tasmania) Act 2013 fix 1 August 2018 as the day on which section 38 of that Act commences.17 July 2018
