Proclamation under the Government Business Enterprises (Sale) Act 2003

I, the Lieutenant - Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Treasurer, by this my proclamation made under section 39(1) of the Government Business Enterprises (Sale) Act 2003 , repeal the Civil Construction Services Corporation Act 1994 , the Grain Reserve Act 1950 and the Stanley Cool Stores Act 1945 .10 May 2004
