Proclamation under the Gene Technology Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Gene Technology Act 2001 fix 1 May 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.14 April 2003
