Proclamation under the Gaming Control Amendment (Community Interest) Act 2016

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Gaming Control Amendment (Community Interest) Act 2016 fix 1 September 2017 as the day on which Part 3 of that Act commences.7 August 2017
