Proclamation under the Gaming Control Amendment Act 2010

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Gaming Control Amendment Act 2010 fix –

(a) 28 September 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 12 , commence; and (b) 6 February 2011 as the day on which section 12 of that Act commences.
