I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Forestry (Rebuilding the Forest Industry) Act 2014 fix 22 October 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 13 October 2014
