Proclamation under the Forestry Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Forestry Amendment (Miscellaneous) Act 1999 fix 1 January 2000 as the day on which that Act commences. 29 November 1999
