I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Forest Practices Amendment (Threatened Native Vegetation Communities) Act 2006 fix 30 April 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.23 April 2007
