Proclamation under the Fluoridation Amendment Act 2009

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Fluoridation Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 October 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.21 September 2009
