Proclamation under the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015 fix 4 November 2015 as the day on which sections 1-4, inclusive, 5, 6, 8 12, 13, 19, 21, 22, 27, 32, 33, 37, 38, 40-43, inclusive, 45, 47, 48-55, inclusive, 57, 60, 61 and 64 of that Act commence.26 October 2015
