I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Firearms (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2015 fix 17 August 2016 as the day on which sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 34, 39, 46, 56, 58, 59 and 62 of that Act commence.8 August 2016
