I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Firearms Amendment (Community Safety) Act 2023 fix 1 December 2024 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act commence. 28 October 2024
