Proclamation under the Firearms Amendment Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Firearms Amendment Act 2007 fix 23 December 2009 as the day on which the provisions of Part 3 of that Act commence.14 December 2009
