Proclamation under the Family Violence Act 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Family Violence Act 2004 fix 30 March 2005 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 38 , commence. 23 March 2005
