Proclamation under the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Amendment (Environment Protection Authority) Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Environmental Management and Pollution Control Amendment (Environment Protection Authority) Act 2007 fix 1 July 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.26 May 2008
