I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electronic Transactions Act 2000 fix 1 June 2001 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 14 May 2001
