Proclamation under the Electricity Supply Industry (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Electricity Supply Industry (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2005 fix 1 January 2008 as the day on which Parts 3 , 5 , 6 , 8 , 10 and 12 of that Act commence.20 December 2007
