Proclamation under the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Act 1998

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Act 1998 fix 1 July 1998 as the day on which section 5 of that Act commences.30 June 1998
