Proclamation under the Electricity - National Scheme (Tasmania) Act 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electricity - National Scheme (Tasmania) Act 1999 fix 14 December 2003* as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.10 December 2001
