I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Act 1997 fix 25 February 1998 as the day on which that Act commences.16 February 1998
