Proclamation under the Electoral Amendment Act 2019

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2019  –

(a) fix 18 April 2019 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 7 and 9, commence; and (b) fix 1 July 2019 as the day on which sections 7 and 9 of that Act commence.
