Proclamation under the Electoral Amendment Act 2012

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electoral Amendment Act 2012 fix 11 February 2013 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence. 4 February 2013
