Proclamation under the Education Amendment Act 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Education Amendment Act 2003  –

(a) fix 1 January 2004 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than section 13, commence; and (b) fix 1 January 2005 as the day on which section 13 of that Act commences.
