Proclamation under the Economic Regulator Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 fix 1 June 2010 as the day on which that Act commences.17 May 2010
