Proclamation under the Disability Rights, Inclusion and Safeguarding (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2025

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Disability Rights, Inclusion and Safeguarding (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2025 fix 1 July 2025 as the day on which the following provisions of that Act commence:

(a) section 37(b); (b) section 38(f), (g), (h) and (i).
