I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Disability Rights, Inclusion and Safeguarding Act 2024 fix 1 July 2025 as the day on which that Act commences.26 May 2025
