Proclamation under the Dam Works Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Dam Works Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2007 fix 16 July 2007 as the day on which Parts 3 , 4 , 5 and 6 of that Act commence.25 June 2007
