I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Dairy Industry Amendment Act (No. 2) 2000 fix 1 January 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.18 December 2000
