Proclamation under the Crown Lands (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Crown Lands (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1997 fix 31 March 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.22 March 1999
