Proclamation under the Crowd Controllers Act 1999

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Crowd Controllers Act 1999 fix 3 November 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.26 July 2000
